About VIVAS BAKERY

Born and raised in Venezuela, I started baking when I was a kid and it quickly turned into a passionate hobby making cakes for family and friends. One day my dad enrolled me in a fondant class (just one day class). My first fondant cake was for one of my cousins and since that day I was hooked!

My last project in Venezuela was with one of my cousins and now my partner in crime with this project, she loved to bake like me, and together we opened Viva Reposteria, which was simple cakes with really good flavors and we even participate in a few of the local fairs in my city (Merida). By that time, Venezuela started to get really bad for the people, and for young people making the decision to leave the country was an alternative to grow. So, we decided leave and build a new life in the US.

We love every flavor we make because it each one reminds us of something happy that comes into our life! With every family and friend reunion, we are able to bring joy to then through our baking. Sharing something that we love to do with other people is extremely gratifying.

Vivas Bakery adds Venezuelan flavor to every order, our favorite recipe is Guayaba (guava) cake! This was my dad’s recipe and we love making it. Also, we don’t just focus on cakes, we make different types of pastries, cookies and cupcakes.

We are very proud of adding my countries flavors and spices to share with people, and adding each personalized touch from the client is so rewarding.

Thank you for support this dream!
