Banana & Chocolate Bread/ Gluten free Option

I hope you're doing well. Today I want to share with you a delicious recipe for Banana and Chocolate Bread. It's a perfect treat for any time of the day! 

Here's what you'll need:

Ingredients:

- 3 Ripe bananas

- 2 Eggs

- 60g of peanut butter

- 2 teaspoons of baking powder

- 50g of chocolate chips

- 50g of cocoa powder

- 150g of gluten-free flour (you can also use oat flour)

- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

- 70g of granulated sweetener

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Start by mashing the bananas in a bowl. Once they are well mashed, add the eggs and mix them together.

2. Next, add the peanut butter, baking powder, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, gluten-free flour, sea salt, granulated sweetener, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix everything together until you have a smooth and homogeneous batter. 

3. Transfer the batter to a greased pan and if you want an extra chocolatey touch, sprinkle some more chocolate chips on top.

4. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the bread for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

5. Once it's done, let the bread cool for a bit before cutting it into slices.
